365ph7 Terms and Conditions – Rules for PH Players

1 Eligibility

365ph7 is an entertainment platform intended for adults only. To register and use any part of the platform you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

2 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one active 365ph7 account. Registering a second account, whether under your own name, a different name, or on behalf of another person living at the same address, constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

When creating a 365ph7 account you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false, outdated, or misleading information is a breach of these rules and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

• You must keep your registration details current. Changes to name, address, contact number, or email should be updated promptly through the account settings section.
• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your 365ph7 account to any other person under any circumstances.
• If you discover that a duplicate account exists under your personal details, contact support immediately. 365ph7 will investigate and may close the secondary account.

365ph7 may require identity verification at any time after registration. This verification process may include submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in restriction of account functionality including suspension of withdrawal requests.

3 Deposits and Payments

All deposits at 365ph7 are denominated in Philippine pesos (₱). Supported deposit methods may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank online banking, and Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards. • Deposits must be made from a payment account or card that belongs to you and is registered in your own name. Using payment methods registered to another person is not permitted.
• 365ph7 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or deposits originating from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.
• A minimum deposit amount may apply and will be displayed at the time of the transaction. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited.

It is your responsibility to review the market, event, selection, stake in PHP, and potential return before confirming. 365ph7 does not accept requests to void or amend a confirmed wager based on a change of mind.

• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per market and may vary by event, competition, or section. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Odds are subject to change between the time a selection is added to the bet slip and the moment of confirmation. The odds shown at confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• In the event that incorrect odds are published due to a technical error or human mistake, 365ph7 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the account balance.
• In-play or live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice. Wagers accepted before a market is suspended remain valid unless the underlying event is cancelled.

• In cases of confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or identity misrepresentation, 365ph7 may void outstanding bets, withhold withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus-derived funds.
